“I had a wonderful time at the Crutherland Spa, where I indulged in a luxury Elemis Pro Collagen Anti Ageing facial. The atmosphere was calm and cute. The pool is fabulous-perfect for a decent swim or relaxing on the beds next to it. I also enjoyed the sauna and steam room. My therapist, Beth, was incredibly professional and provided an excellent treatment. After my visit, I felt beautifully relaxed and ready for a great night's sleep. “During my stay, I had dinner at the hotel restaurant, which exceeded my expectations. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. The sirloin steak and fish and chips were highlights of the meal. The servers were attentive, making our dining experience enjoyable despite a slight delay in service. “I stayed in the Highfield Suite, spacious and exceptionally clean. The bathroom had received a nice update, making it a pleasant area. Although the room could benefit from a bit of modernization, I appreciated the thoughtful touches such as complimentary fruit and a Nespresso coffee machine.
